When will my order be shipped? How long will processing & shipping take?

**Note: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and an overwhelming national demand, Canada Post is experiencing shipping delays across the country of roughly 1 week longer than normal delivery times. Please check their website for more information and please expect delays in receiving your order.

Expedited Shipping (Tracking Number provided) could take between 1-5 business days depending on your Canadian and USA destination. Please note that expedited and ground shipping both have the same lead times for fulfillment. 

I never received an order confirmation email. When will it be sent? 

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically right after your order has been received. If you do not receive one, we encourage you to check your SPAM/JUNK folder as some email have ended up there. If it isn't there, send us an email to info@greatwonderful.com with your order number and we will have it resent. The next email you should receive from us is a shipping confirmation status which means your items have been dispatched and are on their way. 

How do you recommend washing the mask?

Disposable non-medical mask should be thrown away after each use.

Cloth mask should be hand washed before and after every use with warm water and soap and air dried. We recommend air-drying your cloth masks after each wash. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry.

 Baby diapers must be thrown away after each use.

Will I get a tracking number once my package ships?

If you choose Expedited Shipping at check-out, you will receive a tracking number once the order ships. If you choose Standard Ground Shipping you will not receive a tracking number.

Can I add products to my order if I haven't received shipping notification?

Absolutely!!! Just send an email to info@greatwonderful.com and we will make any modification needed. 

Are masks effective to reduce the transmission of COVID-19 and other viruses?

Our mask are not a direct substitute for N95 or other medically certified Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), these disposable and hand-made GreatWonderful masks offer protection and should help reduce person-to-person droplet transmission of the virus. Our masks have not been tested or proven to stop transmission. Social distancing, hand washing and coughing/sneezing etiquette is still the best option.

In early April 2020, Health Canada, World Health Organization (WHO), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) began officially recommending to wear “cloth/disposable face coverings” in public, to reduce community-based transmission of COVID-19.

Is this a medical grade mask?

Both the disposable and cloth mask are not medical grade masks and do not replace N95 or other medically certified respirators and personal protective equipment, (PPE) which must be left for health care workers.

Do you ship to my country?

We are only shipping to Canada & USA. 

Can I return or exchange my mask? Could I cancel my order if it hasn't shipped?                                            

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product (mask (disposable and cloth), baby diapers and feminine care products), we cannot accept returns or exchanges. On a case-by-case basis (pending circumstances), if your order has not shipped, we sometimes grant an order cancellation for a $7.99 administrative fee. Please email info@greatwonderful.com for more information. 

We only accept exchanges for accessories items.

Who should wear the mask?

The masks have been designed for anyone in the general populace and non-health care workers, leaving the medical grade masks for those working on the frontline.

Are any of your products available in store?

At this time, the masks are available online only and other GreatWonderful products are available online too.

Can I buy more than the 2500+ pack of face mask or baby diapers?

How many layers is the mask?

Both our masks are breathable and water-resistance:

Disposable Mask: 3 ply layers.

Cloth Mask: 2 layers; 100% cotton.

 

Can the mask be moulded to my nose?  

All disposable masks have a mountable with embedded wire for your nose bridge. Cloth mask are designed to fit your face and nose perfectly. Each mask comes with a one size fits all Earloop. The disposable mask is designed with a nose clip which allows customer to adjust the mask around their nose to the way they want it.

 

What is the recommended proper use?  

Please remove this mask by holding the elastics and without touching the surface of the fabric. You should be careful not to touch their eyes, nose, and mouth and wash your hands immediately.
